The earth does change on its own without any help from us. According to the article "Global Warming" caused this because that is what the author or the authors source wants everybody to believe. Reporting news is not just reporting what you believe in. It is reporting the facts, stating opinions and the owners of those opinions, and allowing the public to make their own decisions. That's 400 mm or 15.7 inches. If this Island was only 16 inches above sea level it would have taken 200 years for it to vanish.
